Everything that governs accounts, payments, bonuses and identity checks, set in a single column.

1. Eligibility

Registering and playing requires you to be 18, or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction if that is higher. Confirming that online gambling is lawful where you live is your responsibility.

2. Operator and licence

MAIREKE LIMITADA, registered in Costa Rica, operates Lucky Boom Casino and is licensed by the Anjouan Offshore Financial Authority. These terms are governed by Anjouan law (State of Anjouan, Union of the Comoros).

3. Your account

A person may hold one account. Supply correct details and make sure the account name equals the name on the payment method. Keep your login details safe.

Accounts sharing a name, device or payment method may be closed without warning.
Formal requests, self-exclusion and account closure included, are accepted only from your registered email address.

4. Deposits

Deposits must originate from a payment instrument in your own name. Deposits start at €20, and the fifth welcome-bonus deposit at €40.

Per card: 10 transactions a day and 40 a month at most, with ceilings of €10,000 a day and €15,000 a month.
Fiat and crypto balances are ledgered separately and cannot be merged.

5. Withdrawals and verification

Full KYC precedes every withdrawal: a government photo ID, a selfie holding it, and a bank statement or utility bill under three months old, all in the same name. Under AML rules, deposited funds must first be wagered at least three times.

Withdrawals start at €40, and requests are reviewed inside 2 business days.
Non-jackpot winnings are capped at €20,000 a week and €50,000 a month; jackpot wins are not capped.
Where a payout exceeds a method's per-transaction ceiling it may be settled in instalments.
A pending withdrawal may be cancelled until it completes, and the funds return to your playing balance.

6. Bonuses

A bonus must be activated in the profile before the qualifying deposit; it cannot be added later. Only one bonus may be active at a time.

The welcome package carries ×40 wagering and the first live bonus ×15.
Wagering stake limit: €5 per spin or round, €1 on the first deposit bonus.
Slots carry full weight, live casino a tenth, table games and video poker none.
Bonus winnings may not exceed €10,000 across all bonuses; the cash-out after wagering is limited to ten times the initial bonus.
A withdrawal request while a bonus is active cancels that bonus and the bonus balance attached to it.

7. Dormant accounts

After six consecutive months without activity, €10 a month is charged while the account still holds a positive balance.
